Dear Kevin,
At the Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics leadership meeting held November 30, 2010 in Chicago, I received a red rubber ball after your inspiring session. In January, I brought the red rubber ball to Rehoboth, 130 km from Durban, South Africa. Rehoboth is a children’s village taking care of 55 seropositive orphaned or abandoned children. Our son Johan and daughter-in-law/Marinde work at Rehoboth as volunteers.

Kevin, you’re right: playing is extremely important for the healthy development of children! At Rehoboth you can experience and see that playing has extreme positive influence in the development, both social and physical, of children.

Warm greetings,
Jan Rothuizen
